Richard Zimbrick, a lifelong resident of Tacoma, passed away on September 20th. He leaves behind Judy, his wife of 50 years, his daughters, Michele (Craig) and Janeal (Ken) and four grandchildren, Jaeger, Holland, Acalia and Craig, along with many family and friends.
Dick graduated from Bellarmine Preparatory in 1959 and earned a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Seattle University. He spent his career at Boeing as the Chief Propulsion Engineer.
After retiring in 2000, Dick enjoyed a retirement filled with travel and time spent with his family and friends. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to Bellarmine Preparatory or Seattle University.
